(A) All civil penalties shall be paid within 30 days from entry of judgment or issuance of the citation/parking ticket, except that if payment within 30 days will place an undue economic burden on a person, the court may extend the time for payment or may provide for installment payments. If the civil penalty plus surcharges are not paid or an installment payment is not made when due, the court may declare the entire civil penalty/surcharged immediately due and impose additional penalties as provided by law.

(B) Failure to pay the full amount due as provided in subsection (A) of this section, more than 90 days after the payment is due or ordered, will result in the imposition of an additional penalty of 75% of the original fine plus collection fees and surcharges as provided by law and Article 1-8.
