(A) No person who owns or has custody or control of a motor vehicle shall stand or park such vehicle, whether attended or unattended, other than in accordance with this article, authorized signs, pavement markings, or other official traffic control devices, upon a public road, roadway or alley.

(B) No person who owns or has custody or control of a motor vehicle shall stand or park such vehicle, whether attended or unattended, other than parallel with the edge of the roadway headed in the direction of the lawful traffic movement on that portion of the public road or roadway and with the wheels of the vehicle parallel to and within 18 inches of the right hand curb.
