§ 12A-5-5 Reports of changed conditions.

Each user must notify the Director of any significant changes (as defined at Section 12A-1-3) to the user’s operations or system which might alter the nature, quality, or volume of its wastewater at least 90 days before the change.
(A) The Director may require the user to submit such information as may be deemed necessary to evaluate the changed condition, including the submission of a wastewater discharge permit application under Section 12A-4-4.
(B) The Director may issue an individual wastewater discharge permit under Section 12A-4-2 or modify an existing wastewater discharge permit under Section 12A-4-2 in response to changed conditions or anticipated changed conditions. (Ord. 14-1290, passed 3-3-2014; Am. Ord. 23-1584, passed 9-25-2023)
