Except as otherwise provided herein, the City Manager or their designee shall administer, implement, and enforce the provisions of this chapter. Any powers granted to or duties imposed upon the City Manager may be delegated by the City Manager to a duly authorized City employee. (Ord. 14-1290, passed 3-3-2014; Am.
