(A) Charges for effluent service will be billed monthly and shall be due and payable on the date indicated on the billing.

(B) In the event of billing delinquency for effluent service, the City shall have the same rights to collect delinquent fees, to terminate service and to collect fees for discontinuance and reestablishment of service as applicable to water service accounts.

(C) The procedures for application for service and the making of a deposit, which are applicable in the case of establishing water service, shall be applicable to effluent service. This does apply to effluent hydrant meters.

(D) The City shall have the right to terminate effluent service in the event effluent furnished by the City is used for any unlawful purpose; provided, however, that the user shall have the right to appeal termination of service in the same manner as provided for an appeal in Chapter 10.
