§ 12-3-6 Tampering.

It is unlawful for any person to maliciously, willfully, negligently or knowingly:
(A) Bypass the sewer meter, without prior authorization from the City;
(B) Tamper with the sewer meter;
(C) Break, damage, destroy, uncover, deface or tamper with any structure, appurtenance or equipment which is a part of the sanitary sewer system; or
