§ 11-1-14 Signs and banners.

It is unlawful for any person to place any banner or sign upon any streetlight pole, traffic signal pole or utility pole within the City without first obtaining an encroachment permit from the City Manager and owner of the pole. (Prior Code, § 11-1-14)
