(A) The City will not provide refuse containers for commercial purposes unless otherwise provided in the chapter. Business establishments must either provide containers necessary for the collection of refuse or have the commercial hauler that will collect refuse provide the necessary containers.

(B) All containers used for a commercial purpose shall include decals stating that container lids must be closed at all times other than placing refuse in the container. Other industry standard decals required by ANSI, OSHA or other regulating agencies must also be affixed to these containers. All containers must be painted and include the name and telephone number of the commercial hauler responsible for collecting the refuse placed in the containers legibly printed thereon.

(C) It shall be the responsibility of the owner of the container to maintain containers in a sanitary condition, in good repair, with no graffiti. (Ord. 11-1232, passed 1-24-2011; Am. Ord. 14-1297, passed 8-18-2014. Formerly 10-1-5)
