Section 6. Removal of City Manager
This section is included in your selections.
A. The removal of the City Manager shall be by an affirmative vote of not less than five (5) members of the Council.
B. Notwithstanding the provisions of this section, the City Manager shall not be removed from office, other than for misconduct in office, during or within a period of ninety days next succeeding the induction of any member of the Council following any general election.
